At Coleys BOHOtique, we strive to ensure you are happy with your purchase! If for any reason you're not satisfied, we are happy to offer a return, subject to the following conditions:

Please contact us before making any returns at coleysbohotique@gmail.com to receive return instructions. Returns without prior contact may not be accepted.

1. Eligibility for Returns:

• Items must be in unworn, unused, and original condition.

• All tags must still be attached.

• Returned items must be free from odors, pet hair, and any signs of wear.

2. Non-Returnable Items:

• Sale items

• Undergarments

• Accessories

• Preloved Items

3. Return Window:

• Returns must be postmarked within 5 days of delivery.

• Item’s postmarked after the 5 day window will not be accepted, you will be billed to have them shipped back, or the item will be donated. Coley’s BOHOtique will not hold your item for more than 5 business days.

4. Shipping Charges:

• The customer is responsible for all return shipping costs. Shipping charges from the original purchase are non-refundable.

5. Refund Process:

• Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

• If approved, the refund will be processed to your original payment method within 7 days.
